Secure parking and a clean room made for a pleasant stay, with air conditioning functioning well in the newly renovated room #316.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired with very low options, dated furnishings, and subpar coffee. The surrounding area around the hotel didn't offer much in terms of walkability or nearby attractions, further dampening the experience.

Pleasantly surprised, well situated close to the center of the city, helpful efficient staff, good breakfast. On-site parking. Easy access to Lourdes and the Pyrenees.

used this hotel recently as a base for cycle rides in the pyrenees. found it quiet, comfortable, spacious rooms, good shower, everything worked. good breakfast, friendly staff. the secure courtyard parking was a definite advantage in this city as the bikes and gear was safe in the car overnight. easy walk to bars and restaurants. legarage bar 3 minutes walk away for a cosmopolitan crowd good vibe and easy food options. a good choice hotel wise.

the street itself is a little scruffy with beggars on the corner - but no bother.

Explore the local dining options within walking distance for an authentic experience. Le Garage offers great food and is very well priced.

the location was stunning, at a moderate distance from national museum and the chateau de pau. it was about 15 km from the airport.

This hotel is surprisingly comfortable but not so easy to find. Another sign for Quality Hotel a few blocks away gave us the impression that this was in a bad area. However when we finally found the hotel we had secure parking and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast (not included in the cost of the hotel) was very good and plentiful. I would recommend this hotel as a worthwhile place to stay for a night.

The room was spacious, boasting a large wardrobe and an abundance of storage space, quite convenient. The cleanliness level was excellent, with a super clean bathroom and comfortable beds ensuring a restful night. The breakfast offered an array of authentic dishes, a good way to start the day. There were some signs of wear and tear around the hotel, and the decor felt somewhat dated. The shower had a tendency to splash water outside, which could be inconvenient.

The staff is very helpful and there are some facilities (for free) in the room to have a tea or a coffee.

I was disappointed the gym and health club wasn't open in the morning so I had no time to use before checking out

Couple getaway worth a look

The free parking was a genius move since we could just pull in and access our stuff easily. While I was drying my clothes, the heated towel rail was like a lifesaver!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

Breakfast is poor value for money, and you have to order a cooked breakfast specially. The wardrobe is far too small for 2 people, let alone 4

Everything is what I need and want.

This was just a prime choice for a couple of nights in Pau with good price value. The bathroom had excellent double sinks and a separate toilet, making our stay very convenient. Be ready for a bit of wear and tear around the hotel.

This is a clean basic hotel. We enjoyed the free parking on site, the free wireless internet, the hair dryer and the AC. The receptionist spoke English and Spanish and recommended restaurants..

There was no English language TV. 'Satellite TV" is apparently no longer code for CNN/Sky. The bed was too firm, not a big issue.
